A: You can have as many as you need. Noble appreciate that if you have multiple sites and/or several IT staff, each will need their own key.

Q: My current supplier has quoted me 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of a master key solution. How long will Noble take to deliver?

A: A Noble master key solution has a 2 week leadtime.

Q: How quickly can I get replacement master keys?

A: Typical leadtime on replacement keys is 1-5 days, depending on your location.

Q: If I want to order more locks in 6 months time with the same master key, how do I go about this?

A: Noble keep a record of your key number, so can provide the same keyed solution whenever it is required.

Q: How can I be sure no other organisation will have the same key number as me?

A: Call your Noble representative before placing your order, and you will be allocated a unique number for your organisation only. There is no additional charge for this service.

Q: I want to order some Custom Locks and Universal Locks. Can you key them with the same master key number?

A: Yes, this is no problem at all. Just contact your Noble representative.

Q: I don’t need 1.8m cables, can you provide shorter cables?

A: Yes, Noble can provide whatever cable length you require.

Q: I want all locks keyed alike. How much does this cost and is there additional leadtime?

A: There is no additional cost and the leadtime is 2 weeks. Please ensure you specify your requirement before ordering.

Q: I want to order a total of 60 master keyed locks, but my supplier only sells in boxes of 25. Does Noble sell master keyed solutions in batches of 25?

A: No, Noble offers complete flexibility, meaning you can order whatever number of locks you require.
